Banana Smoothie And Low Fat Tuna And Sweet Corn Sandwich Recipe

  1. Put bananas, apple juice and yogurt into a blender and process till smooth (or possibly desired consistency).
  2. Sandwich:Combine the tuna, spring onion, corn, creme fraiche, salt and pepper.
  3. On 1 slice of bread place the lettuce and slices of tomato.
  4. Put tuna mix on top.
  5. Cover with remaining slice.
  6. Cut in half.
  7. Eat!
