Banana Smoothie And Low Fat Tuna And Sweet Corn Sandwich Recipe
- 1 1/2 x banana, cut into 1-inch thick chunks
- 8 ounce bottled organic apple juice tbsp plain lowfat yoghurt Sandwich
- 1/2 can tuna, (packed in water), liquid removed, and, flaked
- 1 x spring onion, finely, minced
- 2 Tbsp. canned corn, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat creme fraiche salt, to taste grnd pepper, to taste
- 2 slc granary bread
- 1/2 x tomato, sliced frisee lettuce
- Put bananas, apple juice and yogurt into a blender and process till smooth (or possibly desired consistency).
- Sandwich:Combine the tuna, spring onion, corn, creme fraiche, salt and pepper.
- On 1 slice of bread place the lettuce and slices of tomato.
- Put tuna mix on top.
- Cover with remaining slice.
- Cut in half.
- Eat!
