Pork Chop Potato Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Wipe pork with damp paper towls.
  3. Trim off extra fat.
  4. Heat fat in medium skillet.
  5. In hot fat, brown chops well on both sides, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
  6. Drain well on paper towels Place pork chops in a 2 qt shallow casserole.
  7. Arrange onion slices, then potato slices, over top.
  8. Spoon cheese soup over all Bake covered, 1 hour or until meat and potato are tender.
