Garlic Green Beans
- 18 cup olive oil
- 16 ounces frozen green beans, thawed
- 5 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
- 13 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
- Heat oil in a skillet until hot.
- Add the green beans and garlic slices to the skillet and stir-fry about 5-6 minutes.
- Add in the hoisin sauce, brown sugar, pepper and salt.
- Continue to stir-fry for an additional minute until well mixed and heated through.
