Creamy Springtime Penne Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peas to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, dressing, lemon zest and juice in large bowl until blended.
  3. Drain pasta mixture.
  4. Add to cream cheese mixture along with the ham; mix lightly.
