Tangy Grilled Chicken Kabobs

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended.
  2. Remove 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture; refrigerate for later use.
  3. Thread chicken and vegetables onto 6 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  4. Pour remaining dressing mixture over kabobs.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. to marinate.
  7. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Grill kabobs 10 to 15 min.
  10. or until chicken is done, turning after 8 min.
  11. Serve with reserved dressing mixture.
