Spicy Crockpot Meatballs
- 1- 1/2 pound Spicy Italian Sausage, Casings Removed (I Usually Use Turkey Sausage)
- 1 pound Ground Turkey Or Ground Beef
- 1- 1/4 cup Italian-Style Breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 whole Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 3/4 cups Minced Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- Your Favorite Tomato Sauce
- Combine ground turkey/beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, onion, garlic, red pepper (if using), salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Blend ingredients with your hands.
- Form into 2-inch balls and place in a slow cooker.
- Spoon your favorite tomato sauce over the meatballs to cover.
- Cover and cook on low until cooked through, about 4 to 5 hours.
