Apple Onion Rye For Bread Machine Recipe

• 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
• 1 3/4 c. bread flour
• 2 Tbsp. bread flour
• 1 1/2 c. rye flour
• 1/3 c. cracked wheat
• 1 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
• 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 med onion, chopped
• 1 lrg apple, minced
• 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• 1/2 c. water

1. Add in all the ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
2. Let loaf cold completely before slicing
