Cherry Tomatoes Bolognese
- 8 ounces, weight Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Onion, Peeled And Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Herbes De Provence
- 8 ounces, weight Tomato Puree
- Salt And Pepper
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook ground beef until its nicely browned.
- Drain off the grease and set the beef aside.
- Heat olive oil in medium sized Dutch oven on medium heat.
- Add onions and cook 5 minutes, until softened but not browned.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
- Add herbes de provence, tomato puree, beef, salt and pepper.
- Let cook 45 minutes over a low heat.
- Serve with beautiful tagliatelle pasta.
