Cream Soup
- 1 12 cups water (liquid from cooking vegetables)
- 34 cup skim milk powder
- 1 12 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup chopped cooked meat or 14 cup poultry
- 12 cup chopped cooked celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped cooked onions
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- Place veggie water in sauce pan.
- Combine skim milk powder, flour and salt.
- Sprinkle mixture over the liquid.
- Beat until mixed and smooth.
- Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens.
- Add celery, onion, meat and thyme.
- Blend in blender and then strain through sieve to remove any remaining pieces of food.
