Green Mac Salad
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 4 cups macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 12 cup sweet pickle, chopped
- 12 cup green onion, chopped
- Cook macaroni noodles according to boxed directions.
- Combine mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir into prepared vegetables and noodles.
- Cover and chill before serving.
