Snow Peas with Grand Marnier

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add the sugar.
  2. Drop in the snow peas and cook until barely tender, drain, and return to pan.
  3. Add the water chestnuts, Grand Marnier, butter, mint, and salt.
  4. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
