Frozen Chocolate Chip Dessert

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Let cookie dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften.
  3. Press into an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.
  4. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Spread caramel topping evenly over cooled crust.
  7. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to set caramel.
  8. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  9. Let stand until soft set.
  10. Fold in whipped topping, chips, and toffee bits.
  11. Spread over caramel layer.
  12. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  13. For serving, cut into squares and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
