A Cicero Spaghetti Sauce. Start to Finish 30 Minutes
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 12 lb ground beef
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon tarragon
- 14 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Brown ground beef, drain fat then add onion and garlic.
- Place in a sauce pan and add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 20-23 minutes.
