Kale with White Beans & Italian Sausage

  1. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. While meat is cooking, wash kale and pat dry.
  3. Tear kale into pieces and set aside.
  4. When the sausage is almost cooked through, remove from the skillet.
  5. Add kale, white beans, and spices.
  6. When kale begins to wilt, add sausage to the skillet.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
