Korean Barbecue - Bulgogi

  1. cut meat into narrow strips.
  2. In a glass or stainless steel dish mix all remaining ingredients together.
  3. Add the beef and stir thoroughly.
  4. Cover and let marinate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Preheat wok or pan & place meat on the broiler (griller) and cook it quickly on both sides.
  6. serve over rice.
