Parmesan Skillet Green Beans
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 portobello mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen green beans, thawed
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 5 min.
- or until vegetables are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- Add beans and tomatoes; stir.
- Cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheeses; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
