Sneaky Smoothie
- 12 frozen banana
- 12 cup dannon 'light n fit' vanilla yogurt
- 12 cup pineapple juice (or your favorite juice)
- 12 cup shredded or chopped organic baby carrots
- 12 cup frozen blueberries (or your favorite frozen fruit)
- 14-12 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (omit if allergy prone)
- Starting with liquid and adding veggies and frozen fruits in small amounts last, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Can be partially frozen for a yummy frozen yogurt-like treat.
