Rhino's Chicken Marsala
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup portabella mushroom
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch salt or 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tablespoons rhino dry rub seasonings
- Pound chicken breast to 1/4 inch thick.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In medium bowl mix 1 cup flour and 2 Tbsp Rhino's Rub.
- Dip chicken into flour mixture and coat heavily.
- In Large Skillet heat butter and olive oil on medium/high for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken.
- Heat for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Flip chicken, add mushrooms and heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add marsala wine.
- Reduce heat to medium/low for approximately 10 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus.
- Enjoy!
