Rhino's Chicken Marsala

  1. Pound chicken breast to 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. In medium bowl mix 1 cup flour and 2 Tbsp Rhino's Rub.
  4. Dip chicken into flour mixture and coat heavily.
  5. In Large Skillet heat butter and olive oil on medium/high for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add chicken.
  7. Heat for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  8. Flip chicken, add mushrooms and heat for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Add marsala wine.
  10. Reduce heat to medium/low for approximately 10 minutes.
  11. Serve with mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus.
  12. Enjoy!
