Baked Chicken Pakoras
- 2 cups finely chopped or shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seed
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl with your hands; shape into 16 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
- for each.
- Place on parchment-covered baking sheet; flatten slightly.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until crisp and lightly browned.
