Light Strawberry Shortcake Loaf

  1. Line bottom and sides of 8x4-in.
  2. loaf pan with 8 crustless white bread slices.
  3. Trim to fit pan, if necessary.
  4. Beat 1 pkg (250 g) softened Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese with 1/4 cup sugar in bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Stir in 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, peel from 1 orange and 1/2 cup orange juice.
  6. Add 1 cup sliced strawberries; mix lightly.
  7. Spoon half the berry mixture into pan.
  8. Cover with 3 crustless white bread slices; spread with remaining berry mixture.
  9. Top with 3 additional crustless white bread slices.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight to let flavour soak into the bread.
  11. Invert onto serving plate; frost with thawed light whipped topping and garnish with sliced strawberries.
