Sweetheart Chocolate Lollipops

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until butter is melted.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Add sugar; mix well.
  6. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
  7. Add flour; mix well.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until dough is stiff.
  9. Shape dough into 30 (2-inch) balls; insert lollipop stick into each ball.
  10. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Bake 8 min.
  12. or just until firm.
  13. (Do not overbake.)
  14. Let stand on baking sheets 1 min.
  15. ; transfer to wire racks.
  16. Cool completely.
  17. Melt white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over lollipops.
  18. Decorate with sprinkles.
  19. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
