Healthy Cookie Dough Bites

  1. Combine cashew butter, oat flour, protein powder, dates, almond milk, and syrup in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until it comes together to form a soft dough.
  3. Add more almond milk if needed.
  4. Using a rubber spatula, mix in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Place the dough in the freezer for 1 hour before rolling into balls.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and store in freezer for up to 3 months.
