Cottage Cheese, Fruit & Greens

  1. Arrange 2 cups watercress on each of 4 plates.
  2. Top each with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 5 sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1 Tbsp.
  3. walnuts.
  4. Serve each salad with a small bagel spread with 2 tsp.
  5. margarine.
  6. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
