Cottage Cheese, Fruit & Greens
- 1 lb. (8 cups) fresh watercress
- 2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 20 large fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed if frozen)
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- 4 small whole wheat s, split
- 8 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Arrange 2 cups watercress on each of 4 plates.
- Top each with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 5 sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1 Tbsp.
- walnuts.
- Serve each salad with a small bagel spread with 2 tsp.
- margarine.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
