One Pot Spaghetti
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 cups Onion, Diced
- 1/4 cups Green Pepper, Diced
- 1 pound Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 6 ounces, fluid Tomato Paste
- 24 ounces, fluid Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 pounds Spaghetti, Broken Up
- Grated Parmesan, To Serve
- Brown beef with onions and green pepper.
- Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti.
- Cover and simmer on medium/low for 22 minutes.
- DO NOT LIFT THE COVER TO PEEK.
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
- (To reheat: Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.)
