Hummus
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 16 oz can of chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tbsp minced black ripened olives
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chickpea juice
- In a blender add chickpeas and blend till it's becoming paste like.
- Add chickpea liquid.
- Add tahini, salt, garlic, and oil blend well.
- Add lemon juice blend again.
- Put into a container add minced olives stir well.
- Serve with your favorite chip or crackers.
