Salmon With Lemon Caper Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat butter until soft.
  3. Add herbs, capers, garlic, lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
  4. Beat to just combine.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Brush salmon with olive oil and remaining salt and pepper.
  7. Bake 15-18 minutes.
  8. Serve hot fish with cold butter.
