Paprika Chicken Strips
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 tbsp hot smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- Cut chicken into strips roughly 1 cm thick
- Put paprika, sesame seeds, coriander, garlic salt, pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix together.
- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, mix again.
- Add chicken strips to the bowl, mix well don't be afraid to get in there with your hands to ensure all the strips are well coated.
- Set aside
- Slice up the onion into medium sized
- Heat up remaining oil in large frying pan or wok.
- Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken, turn to medium heat and cook for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with the chopped coriander and serve with rice.
