Deer Loin in Jalapeno Jelly Sauce
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Deer Loin
- 3 tbsp Jalapeno Jelly
- 1 Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 cup Red Wine
- 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Marinade loin in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and wine for 5 to 6 hours
- Remove from mixture, saute in butter and oil until done, remove from pan
- Add chicken broth to pan and reduce by half
- Add jelly and reduce to sauce texture
- Pour sauce over meat and serve
