Deer Loin in Jalapeno Jelly Sauce

  1. Marinade loin in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and wine for 5 to 6 hours
  2. Remove from mixture, saute in butter and oil until done, remove from pan
  3. Add chicken broth to pan and reduce by half
  4. Add jelly and reduce to sauce texture
  5. Pour sauce over meat and serve
