Sweet and Salty Carrot and Pepper Filled Teriyaki Pork Rolls

  1. Cut the carrots into sticks, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave for 40~50 seconds.
  2. Cut the green pepper finely and divide into 6 equal portions.
  3. Lightly season one side of the meat with salt and pepper, add the carrots and green peppers on top, roll them up, and lightly coat in katakuriko.
