Strawberry Delight

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) boxof store bought strawberry cake mix (Preferably Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Strawberry Supreme)
• 1 (1 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
• 3 cups cold milk
• 2 tablespoons strawberry milk (powder...preferably Nestle Nesquik Strawberry)
• 1 12 cups french vanilla cool whip
• 16 ounces sliced fresh strawberries
• pink food coloring (liquid form)

1. Follow the recipe on the box for your Strawberry cake.
2. Mix together in bowl pudding mix, strawberry powder, milk, and 6 drops of pink food coloring.
3. Mix for about 2 minutes until thick.
4. Put in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm.
5. Once firm, fold in whip cream very gently.
6. Cut cake into 1 inch thick squares and place on the bottom of a large glass bowl (the glass shows off the layers.)
7. Make sure you pack the squares tight all over the bottom going up about 1 1/2 inches.
8. Spread pudding and cool whip mixture over the top of the cake squares.
9. Place strawberries over the top starting at one side and making a spiral into the center of the cake.
10. The dish is ready to serve.
11. I reccomend letting it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill and let pudding mixture get firm again.
