Asian Sesame Salmon
- 2 tsp Toasted sesame seed
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Minced onion
- 3/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Green onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 lb Salmon fillets
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In small bowl combine honey, green onions, soy sauce and spices, except red pepper flakes, until well blended.
- Stir in red pepper to taste, if desired.
- Place salmon in 13x9 in baking dish.
- Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.
- Bake salmon in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
