Vegan Apple Khoresh With Seitan

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until nearly browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Add seitan, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, and coriander and cook for 10 minutes more. Add apples, apple juice, and lime juice and cook until apples are tender, 15 to 30 minutes more. Adjust seasonings, if necessary.
