Roasted Pork Loin

  1. Rub pork loin liberally with olive oil.
  2. Combine garlic salt, jane's salt, pepper, paprika, and dry mustard.
  3. Rub roast all over with seasoning mixture.
  4. Place onto a rack in a roasting pan roast at 400F (200C) for 45 minutes or roast at 350F (180C) F for 60 minutes.
