Japanese Teriyaki
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sake
- 1 cup chablis
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped ginger
- combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, simmer together.
- 25 minutes, cool and put into containers.
