Beer Sauce Recipe

  2. Remove stalks from chillies, de-seed and chop.

  4. Grill the tomatoes and garlic till the tomato skins blister.

  6. Peel the tomatoes and garlic.

  8. Place all the ingredients (except the oil) in a liquidiser and blend briefly at high speed.
  9. 5.
  10. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mix for 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  11. 6.
  12. Serve at room temperature.
