Beef stew

  1. season meat to your liking and set aside in the refrigerater.
  2. while meats in the refrigerator put flour in a ziploc bag and set aside.
  3. cut up celery and onion put in a skillet with two tablespoons of butter.
  4. saute for about 10 minutes set aside.
  5. wash potatoes and cut and soak in cold water.
  6. set aside.
  7. heat up 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet.
  8. then get another pot and combine the onion and celery, tomatoes, vegtables, potatoes, water.
  9. bring to a boil turn down to medium and let cook.
  10. meanwhile get meat and put in the ziploc weith flour coat all meat evenly.
  11. fry meat until brown about two minutes when you fry it kinda smush it so it will be tender.
  12. add all browned meat to the pot with everything else.
  13. add the two packs of beef stew seasoning mix stir well and cover and let cook one hour.
  14. stirring occasionally.
  15. then uncover and cook water out.
  16. about thirty minutes.
  17. and serve with rice
