Grilled Pork Chop with Corn-Pepper Relish
- 1 lb. boneless pork loin chops (4 4-oz. chops) King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 Tbsp. very low-sodium chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 medium red peppers, chopped
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Place pork chops on broiler rack; brush each with 1 tsp.
