Grilled Pork Chop with Corn-Pepper Relish

  1. Place pork chops on broiler rack; brush each with 1 tsp.
  2. of the Italian dressing.
  3. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat for 6 to 8 min., or until cooked through, turning after 3 min.

  6. Combine 2 cups water with bouillon granules and orange juice in medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
  7. Stir in rice and dried cranberries; return to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. then stir in almonds.
  13. Toss corn, cucumbers and peppers with remaining Italian dressing.
  14. Serve relish alongside pork and rice pilaf; divide into 4 equal servings.
  15. SERVE each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk.
