Chele D's Quesadilla My Way--Munchie Melty Yummy-Ness

  1. In a frying pan that will fit your naked tortilla, melt butter over about med heat.
  2. You want it to sizzle a little, but not get too hot.
  3. When the butter is melted and sizzling, put 1 tortilla in pan, rub it around and flip.
  4. The point of this is to butter both sides.
  5. Let tortilla cook until the bottom is as brown as you like.
  6. The top will begin to puff slightly.
  7. Now Flip!
  8. Sprinkle your cheese on one half of the tortilla, followed by dehydrated onion, garlic and parsley.
  9. Fold the naked side over.
  10. Let the bottom brown to your liking and flip so the other side gets a tan and the cheese gets all melted and gooey.
  11. Now make as many more as you want, and eat them up.
  12. You could serve with salsa and sourcream if you want, but I like them just as they are.
  13. Enjoy!
