Pistachio marble bundt cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease and flour a 10" bundt cake pan.
  3. Combine and mix the first 6 ingredients in a 2-1/2 qt.
  4. or larger mixing bowl
  5. Pour 3/4 of the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Take the last 1/4 of the batter and mix in the chocolate syrup.
  7. Pour the chocolate batter evenly on the top of the batter already in the pan.
  8. Use a butter knife to swirl the batter without over mixing.
  9. Bake cake for 60-70 min until toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool completely and dust with powdered sugar or see my recipe for pistachio whipped icing
