Asparagus Casserole Dinner Recipe

  1. In skillet sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, saute/fry mushrooms and ham together along with the dry packet of Butter Buds.
  2. In the meantime microwave the redskin potatoes till cooked.
  3. Cut cooked potatoes into 1/3" slices.
  4. Arrange sliced cooked redskins on a 9" x 13" pan which has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
  5. Spread sauteed mushrooms and ham over potatoes.
  6. Arrange asparagus spears in strips.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over asparagus, ham and mushrooms.
  8. Broil for 3-5 min or possibly till top of cheese is golden and warm.
  9. Serves 6.
