Asparagus Casserole Dinner Recipe
- 8 x red potatoes
- 8 ounce turkey ham minced thinly
- 16 ounce fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 pkt Butter Buds(r) dry
- 8 ounce Lowfat Cheddar Cheese
- 30 ounce asparagus, canned
- In skillet sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, saute/fry mushrooms and ham together along with the dry packet of Butter Buds.
- In the meantime microwave the redskin potatoes till cooked.
- Cut cooked potatoes into 1/3" slices.
- Arrange sliced cooked redskins on a 9" x 13" pan which has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
- Spread sauteed mushrooms and ham over potatoes.
- Arrange asparagus spears in strips.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over asparagus, ham and mushrooms.
- Broil for 3-5 min or possibly till top of cheese is golden and warm.
- Serves 6.
