Asparagus With Yogurt, Lemon & Chives

  1. Arrange cooked asparagus in a shallow baking dish and brush with melted butter.
  2. Stir together the yogurt, chives and lemon juice and spread over the asparagus.
  3. Combine crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
  5. Broil for a few seconds to brown crumbs and serve at once.
