Polish Zapikanki
- 1 cup mushroom (Washed, cut into chunks)
- 1 cup onion (Peeled, also cut into chunks)
- 4 rolls (Or if you want it to be smaller, cut 1 baguette)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup of grated cheese (Your choice! Bri, American ETC)
- First, mix the onions and mushrooms into a hot skillet (With the tablespoon of olive oil).
- Second, Begin frying until mushrooms release water.
- Third, take the mushrooms and onions, and place them on the 4 rolls (or baguette)
- Fourth, Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Fifth, place into toaster oven until cheese melts.
- Take out and let cool for 5 minute.
- Enjoy!
