Polish Zapikanki

  1. First, mix the onions and mushrooms into a hot skillet (With the tablespoon of olive oil).
  2. Second, Begin frying until mushrooms release water.
  3. Third, take the mushrooms and onions, and place them on the 4 rolls (or baguette)
  4. Fourth, Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Fifth, place into toaster oven until cheese melts.
  6. Take out and let cool for 5 minute.
  7. Enjoy!
