Whole Wheat Pancake Mix Recipe

• 12 c. sifted whole wheat flour
• 1/2 c. baking pwdr
• 2 tbsp. plus 2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 c. sugar

1. Sift together and store in medium canister.
2. For pancakes, mix together: 1 egg 1 c. lowfat milk 1 tbsp.

4. The addition of grated raw apple, nuts, chocolate chips add in variety and taste appeal.
