Pina Colada Pops

  1. Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in rum.
  4. Add enough ice to reserved pineapple liquid to measure 3/4 cup.
  5. Add to jelly; stir until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove any unmelted ice.
  7. Refrigerate 15 min.
  8. or until jelly is thickened.
  9. Stir in pineapple.
  10. Pour into 6 paper or plastic cups.
  11. Freeze 1 hour.
  12. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in centre of each cup.
  13. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  14. Remove pops from cups before serving.
