Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Melt the butter; add onion and garlic.
  2. Saute until tender.
  3. Add spinach and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
  4. Add artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and 4 cheese blend; stir until blended.
  5. Spoon into a greased baking dish that will double as a serving piece.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring often.
  7. If desired, add mozzarella on top and bake for 5-10 minutes more.
