Spicy and Delicious Meat Miso

  1. Prepare the ingredients...
  2. Prepare the seasonings...
  3. Finely chop the ingredients.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan (not listed), and add doubanjian and garlic.
  5. Add the minced meat once the garlic is aromatic, and saute.
  6. Once the meat has cooked through, add finely chopped bamboo shoots and saute some more.

  11. Add it to cold udon noodles and you have pseudo cold Ja-ja noodles!
