One pot 20 minute orzo chicken vegetables

  1. This meal should take less than 20 minutes.
  2. Just be organized and chopping while ingredients are cooking
  3. Get a pot with a lid and heat it at medium high heat.
  4. Add garlic.
  5. While thats cooking chop onions.
  6. Add onions.
  7. Then start chopping bell pepper and carrots.
  8. Add both.
  9. Then add chopped chicken.
  10. This process should take no more than 5 minutes.
  11. Make sure your stirring occasionally.
  12. Cook chicken for about 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally
  13. Add milk, chicken broth, orzo and flour.
  14. Put lid on and bring to a boil.
  15. Once boiling turn down to medium and simmer for 10 minutes.
  16. Stirring every couple of minutes.
  17. Add spinach, frozen peas, and parmesian.
  18. Stir .
  19. Put lid back on and cook to desired consistency.
  20. Probably a couple minutes.
  21. Make sure you stir so it mixes the cheese up.
  22. It should imulate risotto but with more sauce .
  23. Looks like soup but once its plated it thickens as it cools .
