  1. LAYER 1/3 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup yogurt, 1 Tbsp.
  2. cereal, and 1 Tbsp.
  3. of almonds in a medium glass.
  4. REPEAT layers.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. SERVE a glass of water with breakfast.
