Chicken Divan
- 4 pieces Chicken Or Turkey, Cooked And Sliced
- 1 pound Fresh Broccoli, Steamed
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sherry Or White Wine (I Prefer The Wine)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 1 pound Farfalle Pasta, Al Dente
- 1/2 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 13 cups Fresh Minced Parsley
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place a layer of chicken in a shallow baking dish, season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange broccoli on top.
- Use a Cuisinart food processor (or blender) to blend mayonnaise, soup, milk, wine and lemon juice.
- Pour mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
- Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve over pasta with parsley sprinkled on top.
