Cheesy Rice and Bean Torta
- 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- Combine all ingredients except oil.
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add rice mixture; press firmly onto bottom of skillet with back of spatula.
- Cook 10 min.
- or until bottom is golden brown.
- Loosen torta from bottom of skillet; tip skillet and slide torta onto plate.
- Invert skillet over torta; flip skillet and plate over.
- Return to heat; cook 10 min.
- or until bottom is golden brown.
- Slide torta onto plate.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
